general rules:

✓ Minimum half of the price must be paid upfront. NON REFUNDABLE. I have the right to refuse a commission. If I am at fault for being unable to finish it, charge back can be requested.✓ I will consult the commissioner throughout the process and share progress. Requesting major changes at late stages will result in additional charges. In case the commissioner does not respond after multiple attempts at communication, the project will be suspended.✓ Personal use only. If commissioner wishes to use the art for merch or any other commercial purpose, I should be notified to discuss the terms and additional fee. Otherwise I retain the owner rights and will attempt to have the product taken down. NO NFT/CRYPTO/AI/ETC ALLOWED.I am also allowed to put the work on my profile/portfolio, unless NDA is previously agreed on.
